Privacy is at the core of what we do. We believe in our ability to work responsibly with vendors, allowing new connections while ensuring proper data protection and compliance with privacy regulations.

1. Preface

Vendict  Ltd.  (“Vendict”,  the  “Company,  “we”  “our”  and  “us”)  places  utmost  efforts  in  securing  user’s  information  and  privacy.  Vendict  provides  this  Privacy  Policy  to  inform  you  of  our  policies  and  procedures  regarding the collection, usage, storage, disclosure, and other related matters of personal and non-personal information we receive directly from our users for the sake of providing our services in any means or methods, including via Vendict’s web site at: www.vendict.com (the “Site”), software, feeds, features, content, applications or plugin, application program interfaces (collectively with the site: the “Service & Quote”). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. We will not share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means, including offline, or from other sources. We expect users to use our service (the “Service”) strictly for harmless and legal uses.

2. What Information we Collect

Personal Information You Provide Us

The  types  of  Personal  Information  received  and  stored  by  Vendict  may  include  your  name,  email  address,  phone number and usage information regarding your utilization of our Service. We may also draw upon this Personal Information  to  adapt  the  Service  to  your  needs,  to  research  the  effectiveness  of  our  network  and  Service, and to develop new tools which will improve customer interfaces.

Information Collected Automatically

Vendict  automatically  generates “audit  log”  data  on its  server,  including  IP  address  and  cookie  information.   We treat this data as non-Personal Information, except where otherwise is required under applicable law.

3. How We Share Your Information

Personally Identifiable Information

Vendict  may  share  your  Personally  Identifiable  Information  with  third  parties  solely  for  the  purpose  of  providing  the  Service  to  you.  These  might  also  include  outsourced  consultants  engaged  to  facilitate  one  or  more aspects of our business.

Vendict  does  not  share  your  personally  identifiable  information  with  any  third-party  companies,  for  their  commercial or marketing use without your directly expressed consent or unless you have opted-in to be part of a specific program or feature, as duly announced by Vendict. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Vendict (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Despite Vendict’s full attention to information security and privacy concerns, we cannot be liable to actions taken  externally  to  us.  As  we  develop  our  operation,  we  may  engage  in  business  opportunities,  corporate  divestitures,  mergers,  or  dissolution.  involving  exchanging  of  information  or  proprietary  assets.  Such  transactions might consist of a full or partial gamut of customer data included in Vendict’s current Services.  

Handling of your information under these circumstances will be bound by this Privacy Policy and third parties as  described  in  this  document  shall  be  subject  to  confidentiality  agreements  with  Vendict  and  any  legal  restrictions pertaining to the usage of Personally Identifiable Information. Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Vendict will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to:  

3.1 Conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or act regarding suspected or actual illegal activities.

3.2 Enforce  our Terms of  Use,  take  precautions  against  liability,  investigate,  and  defend  ourselves  against  any third-party claims or allegations, assist government enforcement agencies, or protect the security or integrity of our services.

3.3 Exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Vendict, our employees, our users or others who act on our behalf.

3.4 Comply  with  requests  to  disclose  information  from  jurisdictions  outside  Israel,  while  the  response  is  required by law under the local regulations in that jurisdiction, apply to users from that jurisdiction, and are consistent with the generally accepted international standards.

3.5 Attempt to prevent fraud or other illegal activity or prevent imminent bodily harm.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, page usage, changes or queries made in the system, etc.) with relevant interested third parties, to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Vendict services, which may be enhanced via these entities.  In an ongoing effort to better understand  and  serve  the  users  of  the  Service,  Vendict  often  monitors  and  conducts  research  on  its  users’  demographics, interests, and behaviors, based on personally identifiable information and other collected data. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate anonymous basis, refraining from any inclusion of Personally Identifiable Information.

4. How we Protect Your Information

Vendict uses commercially acceptable technical, physical, and managerial safeguards to preserve the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your personal information and our supporting systems.  In addition, Vendict is compliant with various Information Security and Privacy Regulations and Standards, such as SOC2, ISO 27001 and the Israeli Privacy Regulations, which enforce the ongoing assessment of Vendict’s adherence to best practices and its continuous improvement While Vendict embraces every plausible security mitigation control on its behalf, it cannot be held responsible for information during its transmission to Vendict by the client, nor for the proper utilization of the information or the systems by the customer himself / herself. Vendict urges implementation of security measures by the client, while in these cases.

5. Links to Other Websites

Please remember that when you use a link that leads from our Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. We are not responsible for the practices employed by third-party websites linked to/from our Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Your use of any other website, apps, services, etc.,  including  those  that  have  a  link  within  our  Service,  is  subject  to  that  website’s  own  rules  and  policies.  Please read over those guidelines before proceeding.

6. Analytics

Analytics Systems (such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, etc.) may be used to collect information about usage of the Services, information on how often guests visit the website/Service, how long they stayed, what pages  they  visit,  etc.  We  use  the  information  we  get  from  Analytics  Services  to  maintain  and  improve  our  website  and  Service.  Analytics  Service  providers’  ability  to  use  and  share  information  collected  by  Analytics  Systems  about  your  visits  to  and  use  of  the  website  and/or  Services  is  restricted  by  the  Privacy  Policy,  prohibiting  the  usage  of  Personal  Identifiable  Information  unless  anonymized,  for  the  sole  purpose  of  improvement of our website/Service.

7. Cookies

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your device’s hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. Vendict’s Cookies do not collect Personal Information, and we do not cross-reference the anonymized information collected through Cookies to expose your identity or contact information.  You may decide to cancel this system’s capability.

8. Log File Information

Log file information is automatically reported by your browser/device each time you access a web page. When you  register  or  view  our  site,  our  servers  automatically  record  certain  information  that  your  web  browser  transmits. These server logs may include the following information: Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your web request, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, device type, date and time, and other usage information. The collection of this information may occur at: registration, login, and connecting to the server.

9. What Do We Do with Cookies & Log File Information

We use cookies and log file information to:

9.1 Store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your future visits.  

9.2 Provide customized, personalized content and information.

9.3 Monitor the effectiveness of our Service.

9.4 Monitor aggregated metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic.

9.5 Diagnose or fix technological problems reported by our users or System Developers, that are associated with certain IP addresses.

10. Auto-Complete Answered Information

Auto-complete answered information is routinely generated by our Service when you return to our system and fill-in registration / authentication data or general usage data under certain fields which you previously filled. Your data is stored in our servers only for the purpose of your own convenience, with the aim of minimizing your usage efforts. You may decide to cancel this system’s capability.

11. What Do We Do with e-mail Information

By  providing  Vendict  your  e-mail  address,  you  consent  and  agree  to  our  using  it  to  send  you  notifications,  service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also  use  your  e-mail  address  to  send  you  other  messages,  such  as  newsletters,  changes  to  features  of  the  Service or Terms of Use/Privacy Policy, invitations to events and special offers. You may choose to minimize the receipt of information, as described below in the “Opting Out” Section.

12. Opting Out

You  may  choose  not  to  receive  future  promotional,  advertising,  or  other  Service-related  emails  from  us  by  selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of marketing emails that we send. You may also send an email to michael@vendict.com.  requesting  to  opt  out  of  specific  communications.  If  you  choose  to  opt  out  via  this  method, specify which types of communications you are requesting to opt out. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we will still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as  administrative  emails  (for  example,  in  connection  with  a  password  reset  request)  that  are  necessary  to  facilitate your use of the Site and/or Service. Also note that if you use a new computer, upgrade, or  change web browsers or take any action which results in the deletion of the “opt out” feature, you will need to perform this opt-out process again, following any such change.

13. Consent to Collection and Processing Worldwide

Please take note that by using Vendict you agree to have your personal data transported and processed. You shall also take note that our server may be located in a different country than your country of residence, and that your information may be stored in such country. Before using the Service, you should consider that any local applicable law will apply to your personal information.

14. Enforcement

We  regularly  review  our  compliance  with  this  Privacy  Policy.  We  will  disclose  any  security  breach  that  has  affected Personal Information within 24 hours. The information will be announced on our website: www.vendict.com.  Please  let  us  know  of  any  questions  or  concerns  you  may  have  regarding  this  Privacy Policy or our compliance with this Privacy Policy by contacting our Privacy Officer at the email address in the Contact Information section. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of Personal Information that cannot be resolved between the Company and an individual or entity.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updates on the site. In case there is a substantial change in the Privacy Policy, the change will only come into effect following 7 days from its publication, during which you can reject the change by closing your account and discontinuing any use of the service. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes and / or updates. All the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Use apply to this Privacy Policy and you are advised to consult them.
