Vendict automatically generates “audit log” data on its server, including IP address and cookie information. We treat this data as non-Personal Information, except where otherwise is required under applicable law.
Vendict may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. These might also include outsourced consultants engaged to facilitate one or more aspects of our business.

We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Vendict (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). As we develop our operation, we may engage in business opportunities, corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution. involving exchanging of information or proprietary assets. Such transactions might consist of a full or partial gamut of customer data included in Vendict’s current Services.

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, page usage, changes or queries made in the system, etc.) with relevant interested third parties, to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Vendict services, which may be enhanced via these entities. In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Service, Vendict often monitors and conducts research on its users’ demographics, interests, and behaviors, based on personally identifiable information and other collected data. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate anonymous basis, refraining from any inclusion of Personally Identifiable Information.
Vendict uses commercially acceptable technical, physical, and managerial safeguards to preserve the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your personal information and our supporting systems. In addition, Vendict is compliant with various Information Security and Privacy Regulations and Standards, such as SOC2, ISO 27001 and the Israeli Privacy Regulations, which enforce the ongoing assessment of Vendict’s adherence to best practices and its continuous improvement While Vendict embraces every plausible security mitigation control on its behalf, it cannot be held responsible for information during its transmission to Vendict by the client, nor for the proper utilization of the information or the systems by the customer himself / herself. Vendict urges implementation of security measures by the client, while in these cases.
Please remember that when you use a link that leads from our Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. We are not responsible for the practices employed by third-party websites linked to/from our Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Your use of any other website, apps, services, etc., including those that have a link within our Service, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Analytics Systems (such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, etc.) may be used to collect information about usage of the Services, information on how often guests visit the website/Service, how long they stayed, what pages they visit, etc. We use the information we get from Analytics Services to maintain and improve our website and Service. Auto-complete answered information is routinely generated by our Service when you return to our system and fill-in registration / authentication data or general usage data under certain fields which you previously filled. Your data is stored in our servers only for the purpose of your own convenience, with the aim of minimizing your usage efforts. You may decide to cancel this system’s capability.
By providing Vendict your e-mail address, you consent and agree to our using it to send you notifications, service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.
