Rich Language Support enables the ability to work with evidence files, queries and questionnaires in a wide array of languages, enhancing accessibility and usability for all of our users across the globe.
- Easily support library source files, questionnaires or evidence, from over 40 languages.
2. Customizable Team Assignment
Customizable Team Assignment lets you set up team classifications for assigning the relevant team to specific questions in questionnaires.
- Customize your team’s set up so you can assign specific questions in each questionnaire according to your company’s unique requirements, enhancing flexibility and accuracy.
- Extend team classifications to include diverse use cases such as RFP, Product, and Support, tailored to fit your organization’s structure.
Incremental Enhancements
Smaller in scale but essential in guiding our product's journey to the desired destination.
- Questionnaire Status Update: Added a new status option, "Won/Lost," for completed questionnaires, providing a clear structure to questionnaires across various stages.
- SSO SAML Support: Enhanced SSO capabilities by supporting the SAML protocol in addition to OpenID, catering to enterprise users.
- Answer Refresh Icon: Introduced an icon on the questionnaire page allowing users to refresh AI-generated answers at any time, ensuring the most relevant responses.
- Export Images to Word: Users can now export images, diagrams, and logos into Word questionnaires and export them, enhancing capabilities for RFP users.
- Insight Tab Filter: Users can now filter insights within the Insight tab in the Library details, allowing for more focused handling of insights.
- Extendable Search Bar: Modified the search bar to display all the question text, even for long queries, ensuring users can view the complete content of lengthy questions while searching.
