1. Offer Eligibility

1.1. The Vendict 20-25 Offer is valid from January 1st, 2025, to February 28th, 2025.
1.2. This offer is available to new customers and prospects who engage with Vendict’s sales team within this period.
1.3. The offer is limited to the first 10 registrations, ensuring each client receives personalized onboarding and support as part of the deal.
1.4. To be eligible for the offer, clients must sign a contract for Vendict’s core product: the AI Security Questionnaire Automation Module.

2.1. Eligible clients can receive:

2.2. This offer applies to Vendict’s Growing, Scaling, or Enterprise plans, subject to availability.
- Growing Customer: The Growing plan is Vendict's base plan, designed for startups to establish a strong foundation with essential features, helping teams start their compliance and security journey efficiently.
- Scaling Customer: The Scaling plan is tailored for fast-growing companies, offering advanced tools to support the efficient operations of more intricate teams and their evolving needs.
- Enterprise Customer: The Enterprise plan is Vendict's most comprehensive offering, designed for large-scale businesses with advanced, enterprise-level needs. It’s built to handle complexity with ease and precision.
2.3. To qualify, clients must start a POC and sign a contract within 30 days of engaging with Vendict.

3.1. All contracts must be signed by February 28th, 2025, and clients must start a POC within this timeframe.
3.2. The 45% discount applies to the first year of the subscription for Vendict’s AI Security Questionnaire Automation Module. After the first year, the subscription will renew at standard pricing, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. The money-back guarantee is valid for the first 3 months (90 days) of the contract. Clients must submit any refund requests within this period to qualify for the guarantee.
3.4. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

4.1. Clients receiving the 45% discount will be invoiced according to Vendict’s standard payment terms, with the discounted amount applied to their first-year subscription.

4.2. Refunds under the money-back guarantee will be processed according to Vendict’s refund policy, as outlined in the client contract.

5.1. Vendict reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, including changes to discounts, eligibility criteria, or the promotional period. Such modifications will not affect clients who have already signed contracts under the offer.
5.2. Failure to maintain eligibility may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer, which is non-transferable. Additionally, in the event of contract termination or breach of Vendict’s Terms of Service, Vendict reserves the right to revoke the offer, including any discounted pricing or money-back guarantees.

6.1. The use of Vendict’s products and services under this offer is subject to Vendict’s Terms of Service & Use and Privacy Policy.
6.2. By participating in this offer, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable policies governing the use of Vendict’s platform.
